- access — reachability, HTTPS, robots.txt, AI crawlers allowed, real 404s
- content — H1 and 500+ chars of text in raw HTML, title/description, JSON-LD, indexability
- discovery — llms.txt, sitemap, OpenAPI spec or ai-plugin.json
- bonus — markdown content negotiation, helpful 404s, an advertised MCP server
